About the Author

D K Bhattacharyya :- Dr Dipak Kumar Bhattacharyya, Director, Camellia School of Business Management, Kolkata and Shantiniketan, has an illustrious academic background with a Ph.D in Management from University of Calcutta and a Master’s degree in Economics from the Jadavpur University.

Dr Bhattacharyya has more than ten years of experience in training functions, right from programme designing to programme delivery in all areas of management. He has been in the academia for around fifteen years and has held esteemed positions like Dean of Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Management and Director of Institute of Engineering and Management in Kolkata. He has also been the Director of Centre for Management Education, All India Management Association, New Delhi. Dr Bhattacharya has more than seventy-five research publications to his credit and has authored ten books on management.
