About the Author

D.P. Goyal :-
He is Professor, Information Systems and Dean, Executive Graduation Programmes at the Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, Haryana. He is also former Professor and Dean, Academics at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Further, he has taught as a core faculty member at the Punjab School of Management Studies, Punjabi University, Patiala and at the Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab. With an experience of over 25 years of teaching, executive development, consultancy, research and academic administration, Dr Goyal has regularly contributed to journals, and has presented his research at various national and international conferences. He has been the principal investigator of various sponsored research projects, and has supervised a number of PhD scholars. Currently, he is involved in supervising research projects in the area of Strategic Information Systems, CRM, Knowledge Management and e-Business.
