About the Author

M.N. Mishra :-
He has been Head and Dean, Faculty of Commerce, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has 35 years of teaching experience, having taught at Allahabad University (1967-1979) and BHU (since 1980). He is a member of the All India Commerce Association, All India Management Association and All Indian Accountancy Association. A prolific writer, he has contributed to many reputed journals and has authored three books in the areas of Management and Commerce.
