About the Author

S P SINGH :- Surya Prakash Singh is a faculty member in the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. A PhD from IIT Kanpur in Industrial & Management Engineering and a Postdoctoral Fellow from NUS Singapore-MIT USA Alliance in Manufacturing Systems, he is involved in research projects and consultancies for the government and corporate sector. He has conducted several MDPs and shortterm courses in IIT Delhi for academia and corporates. He has travelled to several countries to conduct sessions and seminars. He has been associated with many B-schools as a visiting faculty. He has published more than 40 research papers in national and international journals of repute.
